Every price includes VAT and is charged per completed clean — not per month. Four-weekly cleaning is labelled "best value" because it keeps glass clearer for longer. Eight- and twelve-weekly cleaning cost slightly more per visit because more dirt, spotting and cobwebs accumulate between cleans.

How our pure-water cleaning works
Professional water-fed poles allow our operators to clean exterior glass, frames and sills safely from ground level in many circumstances. Purified water helps loosen and rinse away ordinary dirt without leaving behind the dissolved minerals found in normal tap water, and the cleaned glass is normally left to dry naturally.

Carbon-fibre poles reach high glazing safely from the ground, avoiding ladders on most properties.
Brush agitation
