Exterior Cleaning Technician (Trainee)
Location: Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead & surrounding areas
This trainee-level role is ideal for someone ready to build a career in exterior cleaning. You’ll receive hands-on training while gaining experience in all areas of our services.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out roof cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter/fascia cleaning

Operating and maintaining specialist tools and equipment
-
Documenting work completed via mobile device
-
Assisting with set-up, clean-up, and customer communication
What We’re Looking For:
-
Must be 18+ with a full UK driving licence
-
Basic understanding of exterior cleaning or construction work (preferred)
-
Reliable, professional, and respectful of clients' homes
-
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Exterior Cleaning Technician (Experienced)
Location: Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead & surrounding areas
We’re seeking experienced exterior cleaning professionals who can work independently and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading small jobs from start to finish

Roof scraping and biocide application

Gutter clearing using ladders and equipment

Jet washing and sealing surfaces

Ensuring all jobs meet our high safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in exterior cleaning or similar

Full UK driving licence

Ability to manage time effectively and work unsupervised

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Team Leader / Crew Supervisor
Location: Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead & surrounding areas
Take the next step in your career with a leadership role at Skyhawk. As a Crew Supervisor, you’ll manage a small team and ensure jobs are completed to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a team of 1–3 technicians

Planning and delegating tasks

Overseeing job quality, customer satisfaction, and on-site safety

Driving the van, handling kit, and uploading job documentation

Communicating clearly with clients and office staff
What We’re Looking For:

Leadership experience or strong supervisory potential

Proficient in all aspects of exterior cleaning

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence (van provided)
